A fictitious love story loosely inspired by the lives of Danish artists Lili Elbe and Gerde Wegener.  Lili and Gerde’s marriage and work evolve as they navigate Lili’s groundbreaking journey as a transgender pioneer.

Follow our webs site to view our three-month rolling programme which allows us to screen new films almost as soon as they become available.   

Our films are shown at the Performance Centre, King Arthurs School, doors open at 6.45pm and refreshments are available.  All films start at 7.30pm unless otherwise advised.  Don’t forget, that membership of the Film Society you will get free entry to 10 films this season.  Alternatively you can pay at the door to see individual films.
